Welcome to Mrs. Wood's Reading Class!

Hi, my name is Mrs. Wood and I am a Certified Academic Language Therapist.  I trained at Scottish Rite Hospital Dyslexia Therapist training, 2003-2005.  This is my 22nd year to teach and my 19th year to provide dyslexia therapy utilizing the Scottish Rite Take Flight Dyslexia program for Canton Intermediate 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students.  I have two sons - Josh is 28 and Jake is 31.  Josh is an electrical engineer and they both have their certification in Cisco Systems Computer Networking.  I love kids and I especially love to see the progress that my student make throughout the year!
