We are honored to celebrate CIS Student of the Week Ivy Grix. Ivy is a 5th Grade student at CIS in Mrs. Day's class. She is the daughter of Craig and Alexis Grix and has been a student at CISD since 1st Grade. She enjoys volleyball and reading and wants to be a Special Education teacher when she grows up. Ivy exemplifies the Eagle Vision characteristics of kindness and a true heart for education. She is a leader on campus often observed reading to students in the morning as they wait on their classroom to start the day. We are so proud of Ivy and thankful she is a student of CIS. Ivy truly has chosen to soar!
