The September Student of the Week for Canton Intermediate School is 5th Grade student Lawson Denton. Lawson is the son of Cory and Lexi Denton and has been a student at CIS since 3rd Grade. Lawson's favorite subjects are Math and Science and his hobbies include soccer and virtual reality. Something interesting about him that others may not know is that he has an IPad, Nintendo and Meta Horizon. When he grows up he wants to be a firefighter. Recently Lawson has excelled in the Student Council on campus and can often be seen giving high fives to others and with a smile on his face. We are so proud of Lawson and he is truly choosing to soar!
