About Mrs. Thompson

Hello!  My name is Kristen Thompson, and I am thrilled to be teaching your child here at Canton Intermediate School.  Canton is my home and where my heart is, and I am honored to teach in this amazing school district and be a part of this wonderful team of educators at Canton Intermediate.  I have a heart for children and a passion for teaching.  This is my 17th year to teach and 20th year in education.  My goal is to provide my students with a nurturing learning environment and for all of us to work together for the benefit of your children. 
 
I have been married to my husband, Jason, for 24 years, and we have two children.  Grace is 17 and a senior at CHS, and Hunter is 14 and a freshman at CHS.  I love to spend time with my family and watch Grace and Hunter play sports.
